Job Description

We are seeking reliable and motivated Farm Delivery Drivers to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting fresh farm products safely and on time to customers, retailers, and distribution partners. You will also assist with light farm duties when required.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver farm products (milk, dairy, vegetables, etc.) to designated locations.

• Ensure timely deliveries while maintaining product quality and safety.

• Operate farm delivery vehicles in compliance with road safety regulations.

• Keep delivery records, collect payments, and obtain customer signatures.

• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (oil, tires, fuel, etc.).

• Assist with light farm tasks when deliveries are not scheduled.

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the farm positively.

Requirements

• Valid Quebec driver’s license (Class 5 or higher).

• Clean driving record with proven delivery experience.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25–30 kg (milk crates, boxes, etc.).

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if required.

• Basic communication skills in English or French (bilingual is an asset).

• Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
