Nursing with Purpose & Balance — Join 5 Star Cares!

🌞 Shift: 12-Hour Days (6 AM – 6 PM)
📅 Schedule: Part-time 2 Days per week or Full-time 3 days per week | Rotating Weekends
👩‍⚕️ Patient Ratio: 1 Nurse: 6 Patients
💰 Pay: $27 – $41/hour (based on license & experience)

What You’ll Do

Deliver compassionate, individualized patient care
Administer medications and treatments safely
Monitor, assess, and document patient progress
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
Respond quickly and effectively in urgent situations
Preferred Skills

IV therapy, wound care, trach/vent, and G-tube experience
Strong clinical judgment & clear communication
Pediatric or young adult care background (preferred, not required)

Requirements
Active Florida LPN or RN license
Current BLS/CPR (AHA or Red Cross)
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in acute care, rehab, home health, hospice, or hospital setting
