What youll do

Content Moderator: Review reported content to keep a major social platform safe and protect online communities.

Customer Support Specialist: Be the friendly voice for leading travel, cruise, lifestyle, tech, and e-commerce brandsassisting customers via chat, phone, and email.

Who were looking for

Fluent in German, Spanish, Italian, French, Dutch, Russian, Danish, Swedish, Polish, or Czech

Strong English (B2+)

Empathetic, adaptable, comfortable with rotating schedules

Able to relocate to and reside in Portugal (relocation & accommodation support provided)

What youll get

Salary: 9001,100/month (paid 14x per year)

Performance bonus: up to 300

Welcome bonus: up to 3,000 (depends on project & language)

Relocation package + accommodation options

Contracts & schedule: Full-time, rotating shifts, 2 days off/week

Work model: On-site in Porto, Lisbon, Porto Salvo Remote available only for Braga roles
