JUSTRIDE LLC is on a mission to bridge healthcare and logistics gaps in underserved communities. We provide safe, reliable, and compassionate non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), courier, and logistics services, while empowering local drivers through flexible gig opportunities.

We are seeking responsible and community-driven Independent Contract Drivers in Springfield to join our growing team. As a JUSTRIDE driver, you will transport passengers to medical appointments, deliver essential items, and ensure every ride is completed with professionalism, dignity, and safety.

Responsibilities
1. Safely transport passengers to and from scheduled destinations.
2. Assist passengers with mobility needs (wheelchairs, walkers, service animals).
3. Follow all DOT, ADA, HIPAA, and JUSTRIDE safety protocols.
4. Perform daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
5. Accurately log trips and complete required documentation.
6. Report incidents, hazards, or vehicle issues promptly.

Requirements
- Must be 25 years or older.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- No DUI/DWI in last 10 years; no reckless driving/hit-and-run in last 3 years.
- Maximum 2 moving violations in past 3 years.
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
- Reliable, well-maintained vehicle (or ability to lease one through JUSTRIDE if available).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to complete training in Defensive Driving, First Aid/CPR, Passenger Assistance, and HIPAA compliance (training provided).

Compensation
Independent Contractor Role — paid per trip/mileage.
Keep passenger gratuities.
