• Monitor visibility to shipment status, and logistic updates for franchise equipment units in transit
• Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customersStrategically align with the team to enhance the customer experience, with dedicated attention to high-vulnerability accounts
• Create and monitor strategic reporting to support the sales organization
