Classic Stone is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our records, inventory, and client data are accurate and up to date. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data across multiple systems to support operations, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.

Verify accuracy of information before inputting and perform regular quality checks.

Maintain and update inventory, client orders, and project information.

Scan, upload, and organize digital files such as invoices, contracts, and shipping documents.

Assist in preparing reports for management, sales, and operations teams.

Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies.

Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.

Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Business, Administration, or related field is a plus.

Experience: 12 years of data entry, administrative, or office experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Familiarity with database management and CRM software.

Fast and accurate typing skills (40+ WPM).

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Good communication skills and teamwork.

Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
