Role Overview

We are hiring Call Center Representatives with CRM proficiency to handle inbound and outbound calls, support customers, and ensure a smooth client experience across different shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer calls (inbound & outbound) with professionalism.

Use CRM tools to log, track, and resolve customer issues.

Provide accurate information about services and escalate issues when needed.

Meet performance targets for quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Call center or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and listening skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems.

Willingness to work in morning and night shifts.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, email).
