Synapse Solution is seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will deliver live product demonstrations of our international software solutions and engage with potential clients.

✅ No prior experience required — we provide full training and presentation scripts.

This is a great opportunity for students, part-time workers, or professionals looking for a flexible remote job with international exposure.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential clients interested in our software solutions

Deliver live demonstrations using provided scripts via Zoom or Google Meet

Clearly explain product features in a professional and friendly manner

Maintain a reliable and confident online presence

Collaborate remotely with our international team

🔹 Requirements:

Native or fluent English (Bilingual English-Malay is a plus)

Strong communication skills and confident personality

Basic computer knowledge (preferably experience with Zoom/Google Meet)

Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or PC

No prior work experience needed – just willingness to learn

🔹 Job Details:

Type: Part-time | Remote

Workload: Approx. 32 hours/month (about 2 hours/day, flexible schedule)

Location: Open to candidates residing in Malaysia

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), based on communication skills and performance
