About Us:
IPOT is a modern hotpot and BBQ restaurant located in the Inner Sunset district of San Francisco. Were known for our vibrant atmosphere, premium ingredients, and all-you-can-eat dining experience with a Chinese culinary focus.

We are currently hiring for multiple positions at our location:
📍 1420 Irving St, San Francisco, CA 94122

Open Roles

1. Server
Core Duties:
- Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude
- Take and serve food and drink orders promptly and accurately
- Answer menu questions and make recommendations
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guests
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service

2. Kitchen Support
Core Duties:
- Assist with food prep and kitchen organization
- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area (trash, sweeping, mopping)
- Support chefs and the kitchen team as needed

3. BBQ Chef
Core Duties:
- Prepare and cook BBQ and hotpot dishes according to IPOTs standards
- Operate grill and BBQ equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service
- Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and organization standards
- Contribute ideas and feedback on menu execution

Minimum Qualifications (All Roles):
- Reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Team player with good communication skills
- Prior restaurant, kitchen experience & BBQ preferred (required for Chef),
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.18 $30.00 per hour
Work Location: On-site at 1420 Irving St, San Francisco, CA
