The Role

Join our fully remote team to help build cutting-edge AI and data systems that drive real-world impact in sports and wellness. We’re looking for engineers and scientists who thrive on solving hard problems, shipping fast, and working across disciplines.

What You’ll Do


Design and deploy machine learning systems for personalization, recommendations, and intelligent coaching.
Build and fine-tune LLM-based chatbots to support our athlete community.
Collaborate on scalable backend systems for ingesting and processing real-time fitness data.
Conduct data analysis to uncover user insights and drive feature development.
Participate in code reviews, agile practices, and long-term architecture planning.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in AI/ML, LLMs, or data engineering/science.
Familiarity with Python, Golang, Java/Spring Boot, or C#/.NET.
Background in deploying models to production (e.g., HuggingFace, LangChain, OpenAI API).
Experience working remotely and independently with global teams.
Clear communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Commitment to long-term collaboration and continuous learning.
