Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Ophthalmic OT Nurse to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating theatre procedures with a specialization in ophthalmology. You will be responsible for assisting ophthalmic surgeons, ensuring OT readiness, maintaining sterility, and providing high standards of pre-operative and post-operative care.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the operating theatre for ophthalmic procedures, ensuring all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready.

Assist surgeons during ophthalmic surgeries including cataract, glaucoma, retinal, and other eye-related procedures.

Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of procedures and patient care
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an OT Nurse, preferably with exposure to ophthalmic procedures.

Valid DHA license or eligibility (preferred).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to handle fast-paced environments and surgical schedules.
