Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Beauty Pageant Recruiter to join our dynamic team! This exciting role involves identifying, recruiting, and assisting aspiring contestants to join our national and regional beauty pageants. No prior experience is requiredcomprehensive training will be provided. If you're a self-starter with a passion for people and an eye for potential, this is your opportunity to shine!
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively recruit individuals to participate in beauty pageants via social media, community events, schools, and other outreach efforts
Represent the pageant brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective contestants and their families
Educate potential candidates about the benefits and opportunities of participating in the pageant
Follow up with interested individuals and guide them through the registration process
Meet weekly and monthly recruitment goals and performance benchmarks
Collaborate with the pageant team to support contestant onboarding and preparation
Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and progress
Participate in occasional team meetings, training sessions, and promotional events (virtually or on-site)
Qualifications:
No prior experience requiredwe provide full training
Must be self-motivated, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, online scheduling)
Reliable internet connection for remote work (if applicable)
Must be at least 18 years old
