We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales efforts in the Dubai market. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be responsible for developing the sales strategy, building and coaching a high-performing team, and exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to meet ambitious growth targets

Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-performing sales executives

Monitor team performance and drive accountability through KPIs and CRM tracking

Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and identifying value-based solutions

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market efforts

Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting to senior leadership

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands
