Personal Lines (PL) Account Manager / Customer Service Representative

Purpose:
Provide customer service and support for Personal Lines insurance clients in the Montgomery and Milford
Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls, walk-ins, payments, and policy changes.
Assist with renewals, requotes, and sales of new policies.
Process and follow up on inspection reports, claims, and carrier issues.
Support new business quoting and book rolls.
Provide service to AccessPlus program clients and mentor TIC members.
Perform general office and administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
No formal education or experience required, though business or insurance experience is a plus.
Must obtain Ohio Property & Casualty license upon employment.
Strong computer and customer service skills required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office is helpful.
