Organizational Change Manager needs 10 years exp, insurance industry
Organizational Change Manager requires:
o Change management and organizational development, Insurance Industry, Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)
o Insurance industry experience
o Experience in project management and familiarity with project management methodologies.
o Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
o Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
o Proven experience in change management and organizational development
o Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Organizational Change Manager duties:
o Change Strategy Development: Design and implement change management strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
o Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and support throughout the change process.
o Communication Planning: Develop and execute communication plans to inform and engage employees about changes, ensuring clarity and transparency
o Change Readiness: Assess organizational change readiness. Develop strategies to address and mitigate concerns or resistance
