• Expertise in Siebel CRM, database management, and system troubleshooting
• Degree in computer science or related certifications.
• Proficiency in Siebel Tools, SQL, and system integration tools is also necessary,
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
Siebel CRM Administrator duties:
• install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Siebel CRM systems
• Manage user access, monitor system performance, apply patches and upgrades, and ensure the overall stability and performance of the Siebel environment.
• Collaborate with other IT teams for integrations, backups, and system optimization
