Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $21 - $28 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Heavy Machine Operator:

• Check equipment before and after use to make sure everything's working safely and meets guidelines
• Keep an eye on equipment throughout your shift so it's always ready to go and downtime stays low
• Safely run different types of equipment—like forklifts, wheel loaders, and skid steers—following all safety rules
• Fill out and track reports for any construction and demolition work
• Answer questions from the public in a friendly, respectful way—help solve problems and share info as needed
• Help train newer team members when needed
• Take part in all safety and equipment training programs
• Jump in and help with other tasks as needed

Job requirements:

• Quality conscious and possess ability to meet production and quality standards
• Ability to multitask, show flexibility, and have great attention to detail
• Experience using an excavator, dozers, and graders
