What You'll Do:
As our Affiliate Marketing Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our partnerships. Your key responsibilities will include:

Relationship Management: Cultivate, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring their consistent support and engagement.

Onboarding & Integration: Oversee the smooth onboarding and integration of new affiliates into our program.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI) to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns for maximum results.

Strategic Growth: Actively research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand our network.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely, effective solutions.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored affiliate funnels that boost conversion rates.

Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance affiliate communication and management processes.
