Project Manager Estimator PAYS $100000/YR Brighton, MI

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel; Foundation Software experience preferred.
Strong understanding of job costing, P&L statements, receivables, and cashflow.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Project Manager Estimator duties:
Manage all phases of construction projects from bidding through closeout.
Prepare and submit competitive bids and coordinate material takeoffs.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, RFIs, and overall performance.
Ensure projects are completed on time and under budget using strong financial oversight.
Embrace feedback, adapt to change, and support continuous improvement.
