What Youll Do:

Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers regarding ADT services

Provide excellent support for billing, scheduling, upgrades, and general inquiries

Help troubleshoot basic system questions or schedule service appointments

Educate customers on available products, services, and promotions

Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

What Were Looking For:

Must be based in the Los Angeles area

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with a professional home office setup

Ability to work full-time (MondayFriday or TuesdaySaturday)
