Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $26 - $26 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Hotel Manager:

•
Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
• Recruit, train, and manage staff; create work schedules and evaluate performance
• Monitor budgets, revenue, and expenses to ensure financial targets are met
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and licensing regulations
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel and drive bookings
• Implement and uphold quality standards and brand guidelines

Available shifts:
Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Bilingual skills a plus
• Experience with franchise or branded hotel operations
• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hospitality management role
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Financial acumen and familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Maestro, or similar)
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
• Background check and drug screening required
