IT Support Technician

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other end-user technologies (Windows/Mac OS).
Respond to support tickets and service requests via email, phone, or in person.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks, including provisioning and de-provisioning user accounts and equipment.
Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure timely updates and replacements.
