We are currently offering a 4-week Graduate Work Experience Placement for a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to kick-start their career as a Virtual Administrator.

About the Role
This remote role is ideal for a recent graduate seeking to gain hands-on experience in administrative operations within a modern, digital-first organisation. You will support day-to-day administrative tasks while learning how a wellness and entrepreneurship firm functions in the UK professional environment.

No prior office experience is required—just a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars and coordinate virtual meetings via Google Calendar and Zoom
• Organise digital files, maintain Google Drive folders, and update spreadsheets
• Respond to basic email and WhatsApp inquiries with professional communication
• Assist with internal projects using Trello for task tracking and deadline monitoring
• Help with scheduling social media posts and updating content calendars
• Record meeting notes and follow up on action items with the team
