HVAC Mini Split Tech Support Specialist needs 2+ years of hands-on experience with mini-split HVAC systems
HVAC Mini Split Tech Support Specialist requires:
Previous experience with brands like LG, Daikin, GREE, or similar is a strong plus.
Background in fieldwork as an HVAC technician or similar support roles is preferred.
Strong understanding of system components, electrical schematics, and error code resolution.
Excellent phone communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working on a computer and managing documentation during calls.
Rotating shifts: 7:00am–4:00pm, 8:00am–5:00pm, or 10:00am–7:00pm (Monday–Friday)
Commission on parts sold
HVAC Mini Split Tech Support Specialist duties:
Provide phone-based technical support to contractors, technicians, and customers using mini-split systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve error codes, wiring issues, and system malfunctions.
Guide users through system diagnostics and part identification.
Maintain accurate call logs and escalate complex issues when needed.
Recommend and upsell necessary replacement parts (commission eligible).
Stay up to date on the latest product changes and technical bulletins.
