Job Description:
We are urgently seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations to lead and oversee all operational functions across multiple outlets in the Charlotte region and beyond. This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence across production, distribution, customer service, and daily outlet performance. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who can scale operations and guide regional teams toward continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to support organizational growth and service goals.

- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple food and beverage outlets, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency.

- Lead and mentor regional teams, including outlet managers and cross-functional staff, to meet performance benchmarks.

- Implement and uphold policies, standards, and procedures across all locations.

- Drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies through process optimization.

- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across outlets and report findings to executive leadership.

- Ensure all facilities comply with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.

- Foster a strong team culture with a focus on accountability, service, and innovation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or Operations Management (MBA preferred).

- 8+ years of experience in operational leadership, including 3+ years in a director-level role within the F&B industry.

- Demonstrated success in managing multi-unit operations.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations, supply chain logistics, and customer experience best practices.

- Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
