Procurement Specialist duties:
Investigate, file appropriate reports, and follow through with employee injuries and Workmens Compensation Claims.
Tracks and reports OSHA required data regarding workplace accidents.
Serves as member of Safety Committee.
Plan, develop, implement, direct, and evaluate the organizations HR function, staff, policies, and programs that support organizational strategic goals. Manage the budget, financial measures, and business metrics of human resources. Maintains and regulates all compliance related matters.
