Act as a liaison with our syndicated partners to create a full inventory and repository of syndicated reports.
Synthesize the reports and create presentation ready documents that can be socialized enterprise-wide.
Ad hoc competitive bench marketing for new concepts (both product launches and experimentation).
Create an updated view of our position relative to competition and market leaders on our experience capabilities.
Identify CX trends that are surfacing with market leaders to indicate what may be the next step for us.
Oversees processes and methodologies for gathering and analyzing market data and opinion research.
