L3 Production Support

at Jobisite in Pulau Pinang

Role: L3 Production Support
Location: Malaysia
Duration: Contract

What You'll Do:
Provide end-to-end L3 support for critical banking systems
Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate with L1/L2 teams, vendors, testers, and users.
Support test cycles and production deployments
Work with J2EE applications and databases (Oracle/MSSQL); CRM knowledge (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
Must-Have:
6 years of L3 production support experience
Strong skills in Java & Oracle
Familiarity with Ctrl-M, patching processes, and enterprise environments
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
