Senior Bank Clerk requires:
Expert Excel
MS Office
Typing
Banking
Familiarity with Trust Account Ownership Concepts (Grantors, Trustees, Beneficiaries)
Requires attention to detail, ability to read English, above average typing skills, basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel,
Ability to work with and protect sensitive customer information and ability to concentrate and work via a computer screen for an extended period of time.
Senior Bank Clerk duties:
Verify customer documents and record results of findings, specifically, Certification of Trust
Documents will be retrieved and reviewed within the OnBase application to record grantor and trustee information.
Results of the Certification of Trust review will be compared against expected results, per proper account opening procedures.
Findings will be recorded in an Excel spreadsheet.
Involves sitting at a desk for long periods of time, and continuous review of documents digitally (on a screen).
