HR Technology (UKG) Analyst requires:
 System Experience (HCM, UTA - Ultipro Time & Attendance
 Prior UKG system administration
 Data Analytics / Requirements Building
 Report Building
 Microsoft Office Suite - including Excel, Teams
HR Technology (UKG) Analyst duties:
 Provides daily technical support for UKG by responding to inquiries and ensuring processes run smoothly.
 Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements.
 Leverage HR security policy and procedures to maintain appropriate access.
 Produces reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing.
 Assists in the identification of potential issues or areas of improvement.
