Change Management Consultant needs 10 years of experience in execution of organization transformation
Change Management Consultant requires:
Hybrid
Large-scale, global transformation projects, preferably within the finance sector.
Management consulting background preferred.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Work effectively in a complex global communications landscape and manage multiple priorities.
Strong content-production and technology skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint), intranet and content-management systems, email distribution tools, etc.
Strong organization, planning, and project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks for self and team to meet requirements and deadlines.
Hands-on expertise in specific domains of change management, communication, and training preferred, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Change Management Consultant duties:
Act as the change management and communications lead for the Global Finance Transformation program and other initiatives as they develop.
Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to support the global finance transformation project.
Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and resistance, and develop mitigation plans.
Proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels to foster a culture of change readiness and resilience.
Monitor and report on change management activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
Collaborate with other teams driving projects that may impact the Finance Transformation to coordinate the collective change impacts
