The Fisher-Zuzick Agency is looking for motivated, caring, people-person to join our ever-growing team. A Massachusetts division of a Forbes Platinum 400 company (NYSE: TMK), our company has served working class families since 1951 with life, accident, and supplemental health products to help protect members of labor unions, credit unions, associations and their families. Based out of our office in Mansfield, we are offering both sales and management positions to develop long-term relationships with our clients to ensure the protection of their families, incomes and assets.

WIth rapid growth and plans to open more offices in MA, we are offering a CAREER not a job. Compensation in the first year averages $45-65K for benefit specialists and $80-150k for managers. There is no cap to earnings potential, with weekly bonuses and lifetime renewals.

Preferred Requirements

0-2 years sales or customer/client facing experience

Highly motivated, self-disciplined and strong mental fortitude

Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships

Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

Energy, enthusiasm and ambition to work with a strong desire for professional development

About the position:

Two weeks intensive training program will prepare you with the knowledge and services of our products to serve our clients.

Leverage both phone activity and in-person meetings with clients to identify the solutions that provide the maximum benefit to their needs

Confidently and clearly communicate our service's benefits to the families we service

Develop new clients while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, following up and assisting clients with enrollments

Work well within a fast paced dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency and desire to maximize enrollment opportunities
