SUMMARY:
As an Accountant/Office Manager, you’ll be tasked with managing account entries, documents, payments and finances for the company. Your primary responsibility is handing and recording internal financial transactions as well as financial transaction with the company’s clients and affiliates.

SCHEDULE:
This is a full-time position. It will require at least and sometimes exceeding 40 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Relative university degree or equivalent
1-2 years industry experience or equivalent
Excellent speaking and presentation skills
Working knowledge of Quick Books
Working knowledge of PC based, spreadsheet, word processing and presentations
WORK DESCRIPTION:
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
Close the monthly financials using Quick Books Enterprise.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
Manage the preparation of the company’s budget. Create and manage required company invoices.
Manage accounts payable and payroll requirements. Interface with contracted CPA.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide financial reports and Interpret financial information to Track and communicate company finances
Analyze costs and pricing to ensure costs are not exceeding budget and ensure pricing covers operational costs, AFS G/A and margin
Analyze actual sales results vs Business Plan to ensure company profitability, partner communication and performance
Manage and assist on budget preparation to ensure consistency in budget
Create AFS invoices. Quickly and accurately collect on work completed
Manage Accounts Payable; Ensure our vendors are compensated accurately and timely
Manage Payroll Ensure our employees are compensated accurately and timely
Interface with contracted CPA and his firm
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
The employee is frequently required to sit; occasionally required to climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and rarely lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment but occasionally includes outdoor operations environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
The noise level in the work environment can be loud when exposed to the outdoor operations environment.
TRAVEL:
Travel is not normally required for this position.
