Full-time Division Director of EHS

Division Director of EHS - $140-150K plus 30% Bonus - Global Industrial Products Manufacturing Co - This position can be based out of Los Angeles, Seattle, or Philadelphia locations. Summary: Will be directly responsible for 10-11 plants in a 60 plant NA group. Manage activities related to ensuring a safe, healthy work environment for over 3000 employees. This position also works closely with internal business leaders to foster a safety culture and consciousness throughout the workplace. Looking for a change agent to come in and bring safety programs to world class levels. The position is split 50/50 safety/environmental. The company is currently rolling out a number of safety initiatives.

Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Health and Safety Engineering, or Chemical Engineering or related. 10+ years of direct experience leading an Environmental, Health, and Safety program in an industrial setting for a global manufacturing company. Multi-site experience; working knowledge of California regulations. Effective selection and development of a high performing team that has had an impact on an organizations success. Able to effectively interpret federal and state environmental and worker safety regulations. Application knowledge of RCRA, EPCRA, TSCA, NPDES, CAA, PSM/RMP, DOT, and OSHA regulations.
