Job Description:

This is a commission-based position.

The independent Sales Consultant will be tasked with identifying, soliciting and referring potential clients within the software, organizational transformation, and learning industries.

The independent Sales Consultant will also be responsible for the full sales cycle: assessing clients' needs, recommending or assisting them in the selection of appropriate goods or services, negotiate prices or other sales terms, preparing and administering sales contracts, and maintain good customer records.

Position Overview:

• Identify, initiate, and maintain communications with new sales leads working in the following industries: Learning and Development; ERP/SAP/Oracle/ MS Dynamics; Organizational Change / Transformation; Companies that have lots of training manuals
• Assisting each client through the education/qualification/evaluation/pricing/proposal signing process
• Expand and increase brand awareness and presence in the eLearning, ERP/SAP and software implementation industries

If you are already an Implementation or Training Specialists, can be an additional tool for you to help clients improve operational efficiency and employee knowledge adoption and retention while generating uncapped earning potential.

Job Requirements:

Ideal Qualifications (preferred but not necessary):

• Experience selling ERP, SAP, SAS and/or other software related to software implementations and training service
• Experience selling Corporate Learning and Training Solutions
• Exceptional communication skills both written, verbal, and over the phone.
• The ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects at the senior executive level over the phone promptly of email
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or projects, while working independently
• Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure his/her message is resonating with potential customers
