Full-time Administrative Assistant

Interested in joining an exciting team of engineers and business people working to re-define the pulp and paper industry? We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support Sustainable Fiber Technology’s President, CEO, and Department Heads with a myriad of day-to-day office tasks.
Candidates for the Administrative Assistant role should exhibit excellent communication skills, take initiative, and prioritize tasks daily, as well as maintain high standards for office management. Leadership skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines will strengthen your ability to conduct successful business in this role.

- Coordinate and update active calendars
- Ensure file organization and maintenance based on office protocol
- Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed
- Coordinate shipping in and out of office
- Maintain and update social media and company website
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational skill
- Ability to multitask
