You have:

The dream of working daily in a hands-on manufacturing environment
An aptitude for mechanics, problem solving, critical thinking, mathematics, and statistical analysis
Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software
Knowledge of intermediate manufacturing and assembly processes
Strong communication methods to work with a variety of teams in our organization
The ability to create process flows, standard operating procedures, and instructional documents
The desire to participate in the design of lean equipment to support safe operator work methods
Advanced knowledge of lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
