We are currently seeking an Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. You will work directly with all staff at various levels to provide support functions as needed. This position has the flexibility to be a part-time opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support, such as answering phones, assisting visitors, scheduling appointments and filing
• Gather and update client information as needed
• Keep office clean and organized
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Assist with other various tasks as needed
• Maintain a professional manner with staff and clients

Qualifications

• Detail oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to answer and route multi-line telephones
• Ability to file, copy and scan documents
• Bookkeeping, payroll, and/or accounting experience a plus
• Quickbooks experience a plus
