Full-time Wireless Sales Consultant -Wisconsin Areas

Retail Sales Rep


Essential Responsibilities:
1. Ensures that each guest receives outstanding guest service by providing a guest friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
2. Accurately sets up cellular accounts for customers and verifies all devices and plans are ready to use.
3. Identifies the right solutions for customer billing, technical, and/or account issues.
4. Generates business account leads and sales by asking qualifying questions.
5. Maintains an awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements by reviewing product knowledge communication and training pieces such as Knowledge Break, Sprint.com and I-Connect daily.
6. Meets with current and prospective business account customers (in the store); provide detailed and accurate account quotes.
7. Partners with local organizations to help drive business account leads.
8. Distributes marketing materials to help drive business.
9. Conducts daily sales calls; keep detailed notes on prospects using the accountability worksheet and sales funnel on our shared drive.
10. Assists with inventory counts, receiving of inventory, and re-stocking of merchandise.
11. Assists in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
12. Accurately and efficiently completes all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
13. Communicates guest requests to management.
14. Follows operational and company policies and procedures.


Non-Essential Responsibilities:
1. Other duties as assigned.


Supervision Received:
Specific Direction: Follows established work procedures. Receives periodic checks for performance. Refers unique questions/conditions to immediate supervisor.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
No supervision: No supervisory responsibilities.


Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products and Google Docs.
2. Basic mathematics and reading comprehension abilities.
3. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, understandable manner.
4. Ability to interact positively with a wide array of individuals from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
5. Ability to maintain predictable and reliable attendance to the office/store location.
6. Ability to demonstrate sound decision-making skills, relying on established store protocols and procedures and evaluates alternative before making a decision to take action.
7. Basic Knowledge of principles and processes for providing exceptional customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
8. Ability to use problem solving skills.
9. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
