Responsibilities

Answer incoming/outgoing telephone calls for unit home Clients Provide accurate information about client products and services to the caller and educate callers on how to use client products and services .Handle customer calls, despite the degree of difficulty, in a courteous and business-like fashion. A high school diploma or equivalent is required 1-3 years contact center experience preferred or relevant customer service experience Fluent oral and written English language skills

Data entry on tracking systems for recording call notes, questions, and suggestions. Provide excellent quality customer service and other duties as assigned Must have basic troubleshooting skills for internet /phone outages Must attend regularly scheduled video conferences for team meetings and one on one coaching

Heavy Data entry/administrative tasks Updating client information in computer system Running and processing multiple documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Inputting purchase orders Other various administrative tasks,Inputs information from a variety of sources into a computer database. May take customer orders and enter them into a pre-established tracking system Assignments will be sent to you via e-mail or IM and you will report directly to your immediate supervisor..

Qualifications:

6 months experience in Customer Service preferred

Excellent telephone and written communication skills required

Ability to work a set schedule, with required overtime as business needs

Schedule flexibility during peak hours and severe weather

Able to work in a fast pace environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency

Demonstrate conflict management skills and maintain professional composure

Understanding of computer systems, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues with minimal assistance

Our Employee are to be provided with the complete necessary office equipment's to setup a mini office at home…And as soon as our branches closer to you is completed in a period of 3 weeks, you will be assigned to work in the office if you wish, or still continue working from home. But during that 3 weeks you will be working on your trainings and you will be paid well throughout the training process. The working hours are flexible and you can choose to work from anywhere of your choice with a beneficiary payment of $25.00 per hour during full working hours…The training is $9 per hour and will be getting your payment Weekly or Monthly
