Required skills & experience (the 5 “must haves” to be considered)
1. Salesforce Admin Certification required.
- Salesforce App Builder, Advanced Admin, and other certifications are plusses
2. High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
3. Four years working in a Salesforce Administrator role.
4. Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud is required.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other products is a plus.
5. Experience working with project management software is required.

What you need to know
- This is a full-time position based in Nashville, TN office.
- This role is expected to be on-site; there may be one day/week remote available.
- The top priorities/responsibilities for this role include maintaining internal security, developing powerful reporting and dashboards, and managing third-party applications.
- Position will also be responsible for ensuring all internal Salesforce systems are optimized for the company’s requirements.
- As the in-house expert, make recommendations on future development and stay up-to-date on Salesforce Releases, with regular updates on expected impact to the organization.
