Part-time Receptionist

at jobisite in New South Wales

A well established technology firm is currently seeking a receptionist to join their business.

Minimum 3+ months experience as a receptionist and some basic admin experience,
Excellent communication skills,
Excellent customer service skills,
Strong time management skills, excellent attention to detail,
previous data entry experience and be confident when using Microsoft Office,
Well groomed and eager to work in a dynamic energetic team,
Manage all incoming call
Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voice mail when staff is unavailable
Answer any questions and if unable to, refer to appropriate staff
Keep an updated list of internal telephone extensions
