Dynamic BDC is seeking candidates to join our fast-growing team of Call Agents. Agents will assist nationwide automotive clients by conducting outbound calls regarding pertinent manufacturer information and assist in scheduling service appointments.
Job Responsibilities will include:
• Contacting customers regarding specific manufacturer information • Typing and following templates which provide pertinent information based on specifics established per campaign • Providing information to the dealership sales team based on the information provided by the customer (preferences, contact information, etc) • Individualizing the response process based on client requirements • Provide feedback for program improvements
Desired Skill and Experience:
• Excellent verbal communication skills - grammar and pronunciation • Strong customer service skills and previous customer service experience desired • Some knowledge of working with software systems and navigating websites • Ability to multi-task • Strong team player • Self-motivated and positive • Reliable
Salary: $11.00 /hour
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time available
Required education:
• High school or equivalent
We offer flexible work schedules since we are open 9am-10pm 7 days/week. Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays dependent on business needs.
