Salary: R20k (cost to company), negotiable plus generous sales incentives. This position will enable the right person to build an annuity revenue base that grows with time, as a reward for customer service excellence.

Siris is a SAP Silver Partner with strong ERP experience across small to large landscapes, with extensive industry knowledge and deep understanding of the SAP environment. Siris is expanding and will be introducing SAP Business ByDesign for midsize enterprise to the SA market, and showing these businesses how to enable the power of the cloud to digitally transform. We’re looking for a junior to mid-level sales or marketing executive to help drive the growth of this new venture.

The Opportunity
Are you an ambitious overachiever who wants to make a difference, and who has the energy to help grow an exciting new business offering for Siris’ new SAP offering - Business ByDesign. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the growth of a Business ByDesign partner in Africa, as well as to realise your potential in marketing and business development. This is a growth position and you will be expected to participate in the sales cycle by driving digital marketing to generate sales opportunities. Your ultimate deliverable is building new revenue streams through the expansion and growth of business relationships within new clients.

Creativity is essential, as is your ability to build relationships with main decision makers and the right influencers. You need to understand the business sectors potential clients operate in and what keeps the leaders of each vertical awake at night. Siris will provide ongoing training and development to support you in this dynamic role.

Consultative selling and understanding potential customers.

Getting a quick, but deep understanding of the industries you will sell in.
Building strong relationships and pushing the sales cycle from beginning to end.
Staying up to date with the latest digital marketing strategies and tools.
Preparing and executing comprehensive digital marketing plans.
Identifying and converting opportunities into sales.
Skillfully executing each phase of the sales process from pipeline generation to closing the deal.
Clearly articulating the value proposition of solutions and products and the endless possibilities of the digital enterprise to your customers.
Collaborating across internal teams and resources to bring the best solution to clients.
Learning everything there is to know about your accounts, embedding yourself into the organisation and developing creative solutions with our product portfolio.
