Full-time Administration and Sales Marketing Assistant

Work Description- Administration and Sales Marketing Assistant

This job is an administrative and sales lead position. Basically, it is a 60/40 blend administrative and sales/marketing function. The focus of this position is to better our client management, improve our processes, increase sales, and establish a baseline for a solid marketing plan.

The admin portion: is based on client management, limited employee dialoguing and smoothing over Pet Squires processes

The marketing portion is the execution of emails blasts (templates already created) and also has a field marketing aspect.

The sales portion: is focused on generating new leads and clients via visits to buildings and dog parks, attending pups and cups meetings and helping at booths during festivals/ events.

Primary Responsibilities- Administration/Sales
1. Update website with necessary information (new team members, training information, etc.)
2. Visit Facility 1-2 times a week for a 1-2 hrs at a time
- Review organization of the place (how are they cleaning, trash has been thrown out, checking things are orderly, what supplies are we running out of and placing orders, picking up and organizing paperwork into online system)
- Communication with employees: 1- updating shifts and shift swaps, cancellations, etc. 2- updating with new policies or announcements via chat and in person.

3. Work with our database:
a. Make appts for profiles clients where needed
b. Update database with vaccines and check on expiry of vaccines across (this should be don’t across all clients once and then the system will update us when things expire as we go along)
4. Place calls to clients making sure that every client is aware and using the app (this a much later priority and only after we do a purge of clients that don’t use the system, etc.)
5. Answering client email on mailboxes, yelp and texts
6. Picking up client calls- informing clients of all procedures, meet and greet, etc. Setting up meet and greet with relevant staff and at times doing meet and greets yourself at the house.
7. Actively looking for network of pet sitters, dog walkers and at home pet sitters creating a database
a. Making a checklist of what we are looking for
b. Training these pet sitters when needed
8. Communicating with staff including walk changes, emergency situations
9. Communicating with clients and staff about drop off and pickups
10. Provide a daily update report including pictures to client group chats and dealing with
11. Update Training Google sheet (as training calls and appts come in)

Responsibilities- Sales/Marketing
12. Visit specific buildings, locations (dog parks) or events to promote Pet Squire.
13. Attend Pups and Cups events 1- 2x a month to represent, promote and speak about Pet Squire
14. Newsletter mail chimp(1x a month or 1x every other month). Content will be jointly created or already created for execution.
15. Blog post – 1-2 per month

Total Hours a week: 25 hrs a week.




Commission

ON TOP of your weekly rate, I look at giving you bonuses/commission based on how many people you are able to refer to me.

5%- $0-$90 extra per month as possible income if you generate up to $1800

8%- $144-$287 extra per month as possible income if you generate between $1801-$3600

10%- $360-$539 extra per month as possible income if you generate between $3601-$5400

12%-$648+ extra per month as possible income if you generate $5401 or more in that month
