• This role will require you to push, control the conversation and use your personality over the phone to be charismatic and likeable.
• Ability to demonstrate positive and energetic phone skills and excellent listening skills.

• Competitive spirit with a strong desire to succeed, exceed goals, and maximize opportunities.
• Proven ability to network and build rapport.
• Ability to use initiative and can adapt under pressure.

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills who is able to speak and read English clearly, though bilingual or multilingual is a plus.
• Drives performance targets to completion.
• Inside sales experience is a plus but not required.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?:
• Contributing to booking tours as a part of an amazing team of 5 people.
• Scheduling appointments for outside field representatives.
• Calling potential clients and following up.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals.
• Follow up on all assigned leads to drive sales opportunities in a timely manner.

OFFICE HOURS
Monday-Thurday: 8am-5pm
Friday: 8am- 12pm
Weekends/Major Holidays: OFF
