Our client company is seeking an experienced process quality engineer to analyze activities of manufacturing/assembly process quality function and investigate and resolve process quality issues.

You must be willing to:
• Perform auditing/analysis of manufacturing processes
• Investigate/resolve high PPM’s/internal measurable reported in QMS
• Develop in-process quality assurance plans
• Make recommendations to improve overall product quality
• Support quality systems implementation/monitoring
• Develop quality circle plans
• Often lift/carry/move objects up to 50 LBS. or occasionally more

Requirements (IF YOU DON’T HAVE THESE, DON’T APPLY)
• BA/BS quality engineering or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years in an automotive industry quality assurance environment
• Knowledge of quality systems/statistical process control (SPC)/blue print reading
• Strong problem solving skills
