Full-time Technical Support Lead

at Jobisite in Florida


Job Description:
You Have:
Associates/Bachelor Degree or equivalent technical training to an Electrical/Electronic Engineering related Degree
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment

Can You?
Provide technical assistance on hardware, software and customizations.
Act as a quality champion for the service organization by monitoring, collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and trends of product and service quality to the Eagle Product Inspection organization.
Maintain field service log and filing system to properly initiate, organize and maintain all field service and job files until work is completed. Conduct follow up calls with the customer to check system status.
Author and distribute periodic technical bulletins to field technicians for changes, improvements, and shared learnings to better serve customers and increase shared knowledge.
Lift items up to 50 lbs unassisted
Travel overnight and direct service support at customer sites when necessary.
You May Also Have:
Experience with industrial X-Ray applications.
