Full-time District Manager

In August 2019, the first social media platform that uses it's own currency system is set to be released world-wide. We are hiring and building teams at turbo speed to prepare for the upcoming year. You must be a flexible, go-getter and enjoy working on your computer to be successful in this role. We are rapidly evolving and need leaders to organize, educate and build their teams, but all training will be provided.

Note: This position if fully remote, virtual, work-from-home and is contract-based.

District Manager responsibilities:
As a District Manager, you'll:
• Staff positions and train other managers
• Represent our company and platform in a professional manner
• Comply with all policies and procedures
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the product, features and functionalities
• Manage the accountability for goals, objectives, and operational policies.
• Refine and improve your vision as you build and motivate your team to maximize sales and profitability.
• Be expected to hire, terminate, evaluate performance and make decisions based on performance.
• Educate guides and positively lead others to reach their full capacity

How much does the role pay?
$135,000 per year based on full-time focus; proportional for part-time. Other product and compensation terms and details apply.
