Full-time Management Secretary

at Southern Steel USA in New Jersey

Work Hours:
From 9AM - 5PM, Monday - Thursday. (Friday 9AM - 4:30PM)

Person doesn't need to be certified but needs to have (ONE TO TWO YEARS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.)
Familiar with 10 Key Numeric Keypad.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Used PBX/multi-line phone system to place, receive, screen and transfer calls.
Coordinated the collection and preparation of operating reports.
Gather data quickly and efficiently.
